Your Right to Return the Order within 14 Days of Receipt

The Belgian law on commercial practices and the information and protection of the consumer of July 14, 1991, allows the buyer to inform the seller within 14 working days from the delivery of the product that he/she withdraws from the sale. The goods must then be returned within 5 working days after this notification. In such a case, you must ensure that the goods are delivered back to The One-Liner Club undamaged, unused, and in the unopened original packaging. The One-Liner Club may refuse returned items or not refund them if the products have been damaged by the customer. Custom-made products (see product category 'design your own'), 'stock sale items', and by extension 'items in sale' cannot be returned. The return shipment must be paid by you. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments will always be refused and returned to the sender. We recommend that you use an insured courier. The One-Liner Club cannot be held responsible for the loss of goods during the return. We will refund your order within 30 working days, with the exception of the shipping costs charged. The right of withdrawal, provided for in the Law of July 14, 1991, concerning commercial practices and consumer information and protection, cannot be exercised for goods on which personalization has been applied. The right of withdrawal is of course retained for incomplete or defective items.
