We work with third-party providers who help us run our business. These partners are bound by confidentiality agreements and are GDPR-compliant:

  • Shopify (webshop platform): Processes technical and order data. Uses SSL encryption and strong passwords.

  • MailChimp (email newsletters): Processes names and emails. Tracks email opens and clicks. All emails include an unsubscribe option.

  • Gmail (email communication): Used for customer service and business emails. Protected with strong security.

  • Mollie (payment processor): Handles payment details, name, address, and order data. Complies with legal retention rules.

  • Shopify payments (payment processor): Handles payment details, name, address, and order data. Complies with legal retention rules.

  • Sendcloud (shipping): Processes shipping data (name, address) to arrange deliveries via carriers such as PostNL or Bpost.

  • MoneyBird & Boekhoudkantoor Troch‑Peleman (accounting): Handles identity and invoice data. Securely transmitted and stored.

4. Purpose of Processing

We only use personal data for purposes directly related to our services: handling orders, providing customer support, and sending newsletters (only if you subscribed).

We never use your data for profiling or marketing unless you have explicitly consented. Technical data (e.g., browser, device, IP) is anonymized and only used to improve website functionality.

5. Data Retention

We keep your profile as long as you’re an active customer. If you ask to be forgotten, we anonymize your profile. Legally required information (like invoices) will still be retained in anonymized form.
